Locomotive Transport
The Locomotive Transport is used to move a rolling stock asset from the main railway track to another track. It is generally used outside in a depot area where the assets have to be moved to inside a building. The length of the travers system and the number of tracks are made according to your needs. The system can be controlled either by remote or by the control unit located on the Locomotive Transport. Each track position is programmed inside the automate, and the Locomotive Transport moved automatically from its current position to the selected track. The Locomotive Transport is using steel wheels which are moving on some installed railway tracks or steel beams.
Locomotive Turntable
The Locomotive Turntable is used either to reverse the direction of a rolling stock asset on the same track, or to send a rolling stock asset onto another track. The design of the Locomotive Turntable is made according to the junction point of all the tracks that you wish to connect. The number of tracks constituting the junction is defined according to your worksite design. Without a Locomotive Turntable, the rolling stock asset would have to sometimes travel a significant distance before to be able to be reversed. The system can be controlled either by remote or by the control unit located on the Locomotive Turntable. Each track position is programmed inside the automate, and the turntable automatically goes to the selected position.
Underfloor Train Lifting System

The Underfloor Train Lifting System is designed to lift the entire train simultaneously. At the position of each bogie there is a car body lifting system and a bogie lifting system which can work synchronously or independently. Each car lifting systems can also work synchronously or independently depending on the number of cars that constitutes the train. The design of the Underfloor Train Lifting System is made according to the weight of each car and the length of the longest train that your fleet has. The Underfloor Train Lifting System is used for all works under the train body and as well to take out the bogies for change or repair.

Lifting Jacks System
The Lifting Jacks System is designed to lift a rolling stock asset or an entire train simultaneously. At the lifting position of a car, the Lifting Jacks System lift the car body. Each car lifting systems for an entire train can also work synchronously or independently depending on the number of cars that constitutes the train. The design of the Lifting Jacks System is made according to the weight of each car and the length of the longest train that your fleet has. The Lifting Jacks System is used for all works under the train body and as well to take out the bogies for change or repair. The advantage of the Lifting Jack System is that it is movable on a set of tracks therefore allowing you to use it for different length of rolling stock assets.
Bogie Lifting Equipment
The Bogie Lifting Equipment is used for the maintenance of bogies. It consists of a 4 jacks locking and lifting synchronously the 4 wheels of the bogie. By lifting the bogie at a human height, the operator is able to work in a safe environment 360° around the bogie, on top and under the bogie. While not in use, the Bogie Lifting Equipment remains in the ground and is makes the floor surface completely free of any material. The Bogie Lifting Equipment is a standard equipment with the only important data being the bogie dimensions.
Bogie Drop Pit System
The Bogie Drop Pit system is used to ensure the transfer of the removed bogies from the main track (where the train is) to an outer track. The system is used to replace bogie quickly in order to not immobilize the train for a long time. The car body of the bogie which is changed is supported by lifting jacks, while the second bogie and the other cars are still standing on the tracks. The Bogie Drop Pit System is commanded by a control unit on the inside building (main track) and a remote system on the outside of the building (second track). The system is completely made underground which allows to transfer easily the bogies between the tracks and makes the floor surface completely free of any material.
Bogie Turntable
The Bogie Turntable is used for turning bogies and assembled wheelset or to send them to another track. The Bogie Turntable allows to keep the wheels of bogies and wheelsets on tracks, and to move them between tracks of the workshop. The control panel unit stops the Bogie Turntable automatically to each position aligned with tracks. The Bogie Turntable system can also be turned manually in case of electrical failure. With its design, the Bogie Turntable allows the floor surface to be completely free of any material.
Bogie Frame Lifting & Rotating
The Bogie Frame Lifting & Rotating system is used to lift/lower the bogie frame and also to rotate it 360°. It consists of 2 lifting jacks system with base plates connected to the bogie frame. It is used to allow an easy maintenance at any desired height anywhere on the bogie frame. The Bogie Frame Lifting & Rotating system is designed according to your bogie frame technical specifications. It is also possible to use it for different bogie frame brands as long as the dimensions are not too far from each others.
Retractable Bogie Lifting Track

The Retractable Bogie Lifting Track is used for the maintenance of bogies. It consists of 2 rails being lifted synchronously by 4 columns. The wheels of the bogie are locked during the whole operation. By lifting the bogie at a human height, the operator is able to work in a safe environment 360° around the bogie, on top and under the bogie. While not in use, the Retractable Bogie Lifting Track remains in the ground and is makes the floor surface completely free of any material.

Wheelset Lifting & Rotating
The Wheelset Lifting & Rotating equipment is used for the maintenance of wheelsets. It consists of a metal table lifted by scissor pistons. The wheels of the wheelset are locked during the whole operation. By lifting the wheelset at a human height, the operator is able to work in a safe environment 360° around the wheelset, on top and under the wheelset. Besides, with its rotating system, the operator doesn’t have to change his working position. While not in use, the Wheelset Lifting & Rotating equipment remains in the ground and is makes the floor surface completely free of any material.
Wheelset Drop Equipment
The Wheelset Drop Equipment, which is integrated into the elevated track with rail bridge, allows wheelsets to be replaced quickly in parallel with other maintenance works. Since the system is completely contained within the tracks width and under the tracks, the system doesn’t cause any interference with the normal passing of train on the rail bridges. The Wheelset Drop Equipment being mobile, the exact position of the wheelset on the rail bridges doesn’t matter, and the wheelset can be taken out and replaced quickly. The pallet style of the wheelset holder makes it easily to be carried by a fork lifting system.
